Trainees from the Mirage Multi Skills Training Centre operated by the Negril Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Kenilworth HEART Academy (HEART TRUST/National Training Agency) entered the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission’s 2005 Culinary Arts Competition and were very successful. Awards received were:
Gold Medals – Jackfruit Cake,
Mango Tart
Napkin Folding.
Silver Medals – Spaghetti and Fruit Balls,
Sweet and Sour Mackerel Balls
Napkin Folding
Bronze Medals - Mango Glazed Custard,
Zesty Three Bean Fruit Salad with Cheese Dressing
Table Setting.
